Confirmation and Credit Cards

Valid Credit Card details are required by the hotel to confirm a reservation.
Credit Card details maybe given by fax, phone or e-mail (preferably split between two e-mails).
Credit Cards will only be debited at check-out and in the case of late cancellation or "no-show".

Cancellation and "No-Show" Policy

High Season : 1 November - 31 March
"No-Show" and Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of full duration room charge
Low Season : 1 April - 31 October
"No-Show" and Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival - 50% of full duration room charge
